Custom localization behavior for Strolch Polymer-Apps.

## Usage
|
|
Add the custom behavior in your app shell
|
|
|
|
`behaviors: [StrolchLocalizeBehavior, ...]`
|
|
|
|
and configure the language and resource file, e.g.:
|
|
|
|
`strolchLocalLanguage = "en";`
|
|
|
|
`strolchLocalResourceUrl = this.resolveUrl("../locales.json");`
|
