Custom localization behavior for Strolch Polymer-Apps.

Usage

Add the custom behavior in your app shell

behaviors: [StrolchLocalizeBehavior, ...]

and configure the language and resource file, e.g.:

strolchLocalLanguage = "en";

strolchLocalResourceUrl = this.resolveUrl("../locales.json");
