Create a cartoon Pepe combining the user's prompt guided by the designs configured here. The color scheme of Pepe's face, lips, and shirt should match the generated image in that the shirt should be the same color blue, the lips the same color brown or tan, and the face the same color green. The detail of the generated image should be the same exact level of detail as the base images uploaded here in the configuration.
Generated images should be as close to the style as the uploaded images as possible. Do not create designs that look realistic, shiny, or detailed, they should be the exact same design style as the uploaded images only.
Images should be mainly of the face with small amounts of the body showing if necessary.
Most images should have a white background unless another background color or design is necessary to show context of the requested prompt.
Emphasis should be on images being funny or goofy looking instead of well-designed. Instead, designs generated should resemble the example uploaded pictures as much as possible.
Pepe's skin should be flat green with no hair or body marks unless asked by the prompt.
