诊疗指南

痤疮是一种好发于青春期并主要累及面部的毛囊
皮脂腺单位慢性炎症性皮肤病， 中国人群截面统计痤
疮发病率为 8.1%[1]。 但研究发现超过 95%的人会有不
同程度痤疮发生，3%～7%痤疮患者会遗留瘢痕， 给患
者身心健康带来较大影响。 临床医师对痤疮治疗的选
择存在很大差异，有些治疗方法疗效不肯定，缺乏循证
医学证据支持，个别方法甚至对患者造成损害。制定一
套行之有效的痤疮治疗指南给各级临床医师提供诊疗
