Robert von Burg bcc0bf4a10 [Major] Now users can reset their own passwords 
- built in User Challenge feature (currently only console)
- extended REST API to allow user to initiate a challenge and then use
the challenge to authenticate for a one time change password session

This implies having an appVersion.properties in each project which is an
actual Strolch app.

Robert von Burg acd679636a [New] Added strolch_minimal and strolch_minimal_rest projects 
- These projects are the most simple versions of Strolch application
which can be created.
- strolch_minimal is a console based Java SE application
- strolch_minimal_rest is a servlet based web application running on
Tomcat 8. Once started a rest service is available:
  http://localhost:8080/strolch_minimal/rest/greetings?name=eitch
