[Major] Refactored object hierarchy and added version to objects

- New ParameterBagContainer interface for GroupedParameterizedElement
- StrolchRootElement extends ParameterBagContainer
- StrolchRootElement is now required in Queries, not StrolchElement
- New Version object on StrolchRootElement
