[New] Added strolch_minimal and strolch_minimal_rest projects - These projects are the most simple versions of Strolch application which can be created. - strolch_minimal is a console based Java SE application - strolch_minimal_rest is a servlet based web application running on Tomcat 8. Once started a rest service is available: http://localhost:8080/strolch_minimal/rest/greetings?name=eitch
